J-26999-12, J-26999, and 303-D092 all have the same fitting. J-26999 goes up to 1000 PSI. J-26999-12 goes up to 1150 PSI. 303-D092 goes up to 1000 PSI and has a larger diameter gauge so it is easier to read.

C/K, G/P, Med Duty, 6.5l DIESEL This tool features a swivel fitting which allows the gauge assembly to be threaded into the flow plug hole, and then positioned so the cylinder compression gauge readings are visible.
