If you find yourself frequently pushing the limits of your Portal 3, this replacement pole set replaces the standard 9.3mm DAC NFL pole set with a significantly beefier 10.65mm+12.1mm PL pole set. The 10.65mm poles are the same pole type we use for our CrossBow and WindSaber mountaineering tents and they can handle some serious weather, and the 12.1mm cross pole keeps the roof strong and helps with snow loading. Using the heavy duty pole set instead of the standard adds 4.3oz compared to the standard pole set. Please note that the heavy duty pole set does not have a swivel like the standard pole set.
