Completely laced and trued with the replica Kelsey Hayes police style deep roll 16" x 3.00" rim (V-Twin's exclusive tooling), zicad plated spokes and nipples with a fully assembled black star hub.
Wheel includes rubber rim strip. *NOTE: Zicad is a dull shade of zinc similar to cadmium. *Note: UPS may consider this part as packaged "oversize" for shipment, as compared to the actual weight, which will result in higher shipping costs. *NOTE; The valve stem hole is on the star side of the hub and measures 11/64" from the drum side flange. *NOTE: In the 1940's Kelsey Hayes purchased French & Hecht, an agricultural wheel manufacturing business, so in the 1960's it was F&H who actually manufactured the "Police" rim for Harley-Davidson. French & Hecht was a better fit to produce the smaller quality of rims required for Harley-Davidson production in the 1960's.
